About Me

Therapy is a sacred place of honesty, vulnerability, and learning.

I believe that everyone deserves to be listened to and understood. Coping skills and specific therapy approaches can be helpful, but a trusting and loving relationship is the foundation of healing.

I am a licensed clinical psychologist in Colorado. I grew up near Chicago, and completed my doctorate in clinical psychology (PsyD) at Wheaton College in Illinois.

I have a passion for treating anxiety, trauma, and low self-esteem. These issues often involve intense experiences of fear, or significant problems in relationships with others.

I fell in love with Colorado after moving here with my partner and our dog. I love backpacking, playing tabletop and video games, and funky music.
